Antwerp is one of the most bike-friendly cities in the world. Just about the whole tour takes place on designated bike routes except for the old city center where cars are not allowed. It is really the ideal city for a bike tour!
Minimum depends on the period and availability of tour guides. Regarding the maximum size, quality and safety are key features to our bike tours so we prefer to tour with a maximum of 15 guests, unless otherwise discussed and agreed with the guide. We usually add an extra guide for additional guests.
Our cancellation policy is different for every tour. The tours that require tickets or entrances to our partners experience have stricter cancellation policy due to administrative, availability and organization processes.
We love to share our passion and knowledge for our city, so much that we will never cancel a tour due to weather conditions unless otherwise mandated by the city authorities or government.
An Antwerp Bike Tour includes: the bikes (e-bikes upon request and availability), the coolest guides in the city, helmets (optional), tips and tricks after the tour to skyrocket the rest of your stay.
A reservation is required in order to confirm your booking. Reservation and pre payment is also needed for private tours.
A prepayment by bank transfer is required in order to confirm your booking. For last minute additional guests you can pay in cash at the office.
Please be present 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. All our tours start and end at our office: Paradijsstraat 15 – 2000 Antwerpen.
Please let us know if you will not be able to ride with us on a booked tour: info@antwerpbiketours.eu or +32 488 55 38 69. We will do our best to reschedule otherwise the full amount will be charged.
Children can strictly join a bike tour together with their parents or relatives and only under private bookings for safety reasons. Children seats on an adult bike or a separate smaller bike is provided at an extra cost.

- Cancellation policy varies according to the tour.
- Antwerp Bike Tours can adjust the scheduled tours or route whenever necessary.
- Guests from all over the world join our open tours, so English is our main language, with Dutch being our next available option. Other languages are also possible upon request and availability.
- Minimum participants depend on the tour choice. Antwerp Bike Tours reserves the right to cancel a reservation if not enough guests join that tour by providing immediately a full refund. Reschedule is also an option.
